Les Cocalières rouge is a cuvée from Domaine d'Aupilhac which we particularly appreciate thanks to its great balance. Montpeyroux has a very southern feel, while Les Cocalières has that freshness and refinement that make it so charming. A magnificent cuvée in 2020 that will age for 10 years without any problem. This Macon-Fuissé from the domaine Cornin is a bewitching burgundy. An elegant, slightly buttery nose reveals notes of white fruit. The palate is balanced, greedy and sapid. Nice length for this Pouilly neighbor, which has nothing to envy it!

The 2022 vintage Les Dessous des dentelles de la Croix des pins is powerful and concentrated in this great vintage. Scents of garrigue, a delicate blend of rosemary and juniper, accompany aromas of cherry, prune and laurel sauce. But it's on the palate that this wine makes its mark, combining power and finesse, strength and suppleness of tannin. With great length and persistence, this vintage will delight all gourmets in love with this extraordinary terroir.

La Côte du Py du domaine de la Bonne Tonne is one of Morgon's most prestigious terroirs: the wines are complex, slender, and endowed with great energy.

The attack of the Seuil de Mazeyres, second wine of the Château Mazeyres, is unctuous with often mentholated, spicy and fruity notes. The mid-palate is supple and juicy. The finish is fresh and invigorating. The whole is harmonious, making Seuil de Mazeyres a pleasure wine to drink young.

This blanc de Sancerre from Domaine François Crochet is rich, ripe and chiseled. François Crochet's style shines through in this superb vintage, taut but endowed with lovely volume.

Terre d "émotion Brut Vérité des Champagne Charpentier boasts a brilliant yellow-gold color, illuminated by green-gold highlights. Initially brioche-scented with hawthorn and violets, the nose is very fine and gourmand. The terroir enhances the blend, and the tangerine, white pepper and limestone minerality are very persistent and harmonious.
