Les Hauts de Husseau du Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is a magnificent dry Chenin. This cuvée has all the qualities of "Rémus", but with greater intensity, precision and fullness. TheDomaine de la Taille aux Loups is located on the banks of the Loire and Cher rivers, on south-facing limestone slopes. The estate extends over 25 hectares of very old Chenin vines, enabling us to produce sparkling, dry, semi-dry, sweet and sometimes syrupy wines from Vouvray and Montlouis-sur-Loire, with perfect respect for the vintage. The Domaine de la Taille aux Loups has been in organic conversion since 2012. The domaine is recognized as one of the very greats of the Loire, with the Guide Bettane et Dessauve awarding it the maximum rating of 5 stars.
