Superb Montlouis Brut signed Jacky Blot from Domaine de la Taille aux Loups than this Brut Tradition! A fine, elegant Brut carried by a fine, airy bubble, leaving the palate fresh and salivating.The Domaine de la Taille aux Loups is located on the banks of the Loire and Cher rivers on south-sloping limestone hillsides. The estate extends over 25 hectares of very old Chenin vines, enabling us to produce sparkling, dry, semi-dry, sweet and sometimes syrupy wines in Vouvray and Montlouis-sur-Loire, with perfect respect for the vintage. The Domaine de la Taille aux Loups has been in organic conversion since 212. The estate is recognized as one of the Loire's very greats, with the Guide Bettane et Dessauve awarding it the maximum rating of 5 stars. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 219: "Careful and elegant, the dry whites have gradually refined and now achieve a brilliance and depth that perfectly respect the terroirs. (...) The wines know how to age gracefully.
