Champagne Hugues Godme

Hugues is a great winemaker, whose commitment and determination impress. Since 2013, the wines are BIODYVIN. Each plot receives its own special attention. Each cuvée goes through a series of adjustments to achieve the balance Hugues wants, expressing the terroir of the Montagne de Reims with its minerality and elegance. Lucille, his daughter, has now joined the family adventure...

Champagne Hugues Godmé is a champagne produced by the Hugues Godmé champagne house, located in Verzenay, Champagne-Ardenne. The house is run by Hugues Godmé, who is the 6th generation of the family to produce champagne. The house's vineyards are located in the communes of Verzenay, Verzy, Villers-Marmery and Ville-Dommange. The grape varieties grown are Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier.

Hugues Godmé champagne is produced in the traditional way, with slow, delicate pressing, slow fermentation and cellar maturation on lees. The Hugues Godmé champagne range includes around ten cuvées, from Brut Tradition to vintage. The cuvées are made from different grape varieties and different parcels, to offer a wide range of flavors.

The 1er cru Réserve d'Hugues Godmé is a fresh, mineral champagne, very thirst-quenching.

Terre d'Unions d'Hugues Godmé is a Champagne with identity, straightforward and full of energy, a Champagne at ease as an aperitif and with fish.
