This blanc sec du domaine Vincent Careme is a pretty Loire bottle. It develops fruity notes typical of the Chenin grape from which it is made. The length is beautiful and this organic gastronomy wine finishes on this pretty bitters that will enhance the finest dishes.

The color of Ancestrale deVincent Careme is bright, light gold. The attack is supple, the bubbles fine and the minerality beautiful. Notes of white flowers and apple blossom. Lots of elegance in this wine and good persistence on the palate.
