L'olivette du Clos Marie is a very pretty Pic Saint Loup. The wine is elegant; it develops on notes of reglisses, black fruits. The wine deserves a few months' cellaring to soften and refine its tannins. A benchmark AOC Pic Saint Loup.

The cuvée Amourgandise du domaine les Capréoles is a superb Beaujolais, full of fruit, developing on notes of strawberry and raspberry. Crunchy to the max!

Carbonifère du Conte des Floris is a superb Languedoc red. Made mainly from Syrah, the nose develops sweet spices and black fruits (blueberry, blackcurrant). On the palate, this organic wine is smooth and velvety, with notes of black fruit, liquorice and pepper. Superb freshness on the finish, stretching out the wine.

This Vouvray Tendre du domaine Vincent Careme has much less sugar than a classic moelleux. Its balance makes it ideal for foie gras, but also exotic dishes such as tagine or coconut chicken. The color is golden yellow; the nose develops exotic fruits and quince paste; on the palate, the wine has good length and great balance.RVF : 16/20

This blanc sec du domaine Vincent Careme is a pretty Loire bottle. It develops fruity notes typical of the Chenin grape from which it is made. The length is beautiful and this organic gastronomy wine finishes on this pretty bitters that will enhance the finest dishes.
