The Haut-Médoc appellation is a French wine appellation d'origine contrôlée (AOC) located on the left bank of the Gironde estuary, in the Gironde department. It is part of the Bordeaux vineyards.
The Haut-Médoc is a regional appellation, which means it covers a vast territory, stretching from the commune of Blanquefort in the north to that of Cantenac in the south. It also includes six landlocked communal appellations: Saint-Estèphe, Pauillac, Saint-Julien, Moulis-en-Médoc, Listrac-Médoc and Margaux.
The Haut-Médoc vineyards are planted on gravel and limestone soils, which give the wines their structure and elegance. The region's temperate oceanic climate ensures optimal ripening of the grapes.

The wines of Haut-Médoc are red wines, made mainly from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Petit Verdot and Malbec. They are known for their generosity, power and finesse. They can be kept for many years.
We offer a selection of organic wines from the Haut-Medoc, including the Haut-Medoc du Chateau Mille Roses, which adjoins Margaux, or the cuvée L'enfant, but also the Haut-Medoc du Chateau Doyac!!
