Château Doyac - Haut-Medoc - Esprit de Doyac 2020

The cuvée du Clos Joubert du domaine de la Haute Févrie comes from a parcel of vines overlooking the Sèvre, with vines aged between 40 and 50 years. This great organic Muscadet is aged in barrels for 9 to 10 months. Lightly woody notes with hints of vanilla and sweet spices. Nice saline finish!

Sous la Tonnelle du domaine de la Bergerie is a magnificent, lively, straightforward Anjou. This organic chenin is balanced between a liveliness (tart candy aromas) and a sweetness brought by aniseed notes. Superb as an aperitif, it's also at home with white fish and goat's cheese.

L'amandier du domaine des Homs is a 100% cinsautl cuvée. Greedy and fruity, this cuvée de copains possesses a lot of charm and gourmandise. Produced from low-yielding Cinsault grapes, it has great intensity.

The chateau Haut Moulin is a very pretty Cotes de Bordeaux Blaye made from old Merlot vines. Nicely constituted, this organic wine develops on notes of red fruit (strawberry, cherry). Excellent value for money.

The Château La Lagune 2020 seduces with its color, aromatic richness and tannins that harmoniously blend complexity and finesse. This vintage is marked by delicate freshness and perfect balance.

The Château Doyac is a superb organic wine produced in the Haut-Medoc PDO. Biodynamic viticulture gives it finesse and freshness compared with other cuvées from this AOP. A great success!

This Haut-Medoc du Château Mille Roses comes from 4 parcels classified as Haut-médoc around the Château . The soils are composed of fine, deep gravel. The majority of Merlot grapes give the wine a gourmet flavour, enhanced by silky, elegant tannins. A balanced, fine style, in line with the Margaux produced by the same Château. Very great Haut-Medoc.

Le Moulin de la Lagune is the second wine of Château la Lagune. Complex and elegant, this organic Haut-Medoc is accessible when young. 2020 is a very successful, sunny vintage. A sure value to be enjoyed over 7-8 years!
