The Entre-Deux-Mers Appellation d'Origine Protégée (AOP) is a wine-growing region located between the Garonne and Dordogne rivers, in the heart of the Bordeaux region. Known primarily for its dry white wines, Entre-Deux-Mers benefits from an exceptional geological and climatic diversity that favors the production of high-quality wines. The Entre-Deux-Mers extends over a vast area of 2,500 hectares between Bordeaux's two main rivers, the Garonne and the Dordogne. The terroir is marked by a great diversity of soils: clay-limestone, gravel, sand and silt. This geological variety, combined with a temperate oceanic climate, provides ideal conditions for the cultivation of different grape varieties.

The white wines of Entre-Deux-Mers are the appellation's most famous. They are mainly made from Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon and Muscadelle grapes. Sauvignon Blanc brings aromas of exotic fruit and citrus, while Sémillon adds roundness and floral notes. Muscadelle, meanwhile, adds a touch of aromatic complexity with its notes of white flowers and honey.
