AOP Crozes-Hermitage
The Crozes-Hermitage PDO in a nutshell
We offer a selection of top-flight organic Crozes-Hermitage with organic wines from domaine Laurent Combier, domaine des Entrefaux and those from domaine Gilles Robin.
The red Crozes-Hermitage are made from Syrah: they develop notably on floral (violet) and spicy (pepper) notes.
Crozes-Hermitage also exist in white: made from roussane and marsanne, they are often magnificent gourmet wines, equally at home with fish or white meats.
