This cuvée Cap Nord du Domaine Combier en Crozes-Hermitage is a parcel selection from north-facing vines. On this 2021 vintage the palate develops on notes of black fruits and intense spices. Domaine Combier's Cap Nord is powerful yet refined, with a silky mouthfeel. A great Crozes-Hermitage to be enjoyed over 7 to 10 years. Created in 1963, the Domaine Combier extends over 34 hectares not far from the Isère bridge.Laurent Combier is a winegrower, a passionate terrien, who started organic in 1990 out of respect for the vines and vocation to the terroir that bears them. At the domaine Combier , no pesticides, manual work, organic care and above all, immense attention paid to vinification: his talent is fully revealed in this stage where the transformation of the grape results in the success of his Crozes-Hermitage.
