Antoine Sanzay has brilliantly taken over the 11-hectare family domaine in Saumur and Saumur-Champigny, producing great organic red and white wines. Following the advice of the region's top winemakers, including Nady Foucault of Clos Rougeart, Antoine Sanzay produces some of the region's finest organic wines, true Saumur and Saumur-Champigny benchmarks year after year.

Antoine Sanzay owns 4 hectares on the Poyeux terroir, one of the most prestigious in the Saumur-Champigny region. The vines are planted mainly on siliceous-limestone and clay-limestone terroirs. The vines are farmed organically, certified since the 2014 vintage. Aging is precise, the wines just right, with lovely fruit. We appreciate the purity and precision of Antoine Sanzay's wines. Don't hesitate to decant them before tasting to let them express themselves to the full. For us, he's the future great winemaker of the Loire region, already a priority to have in the cellar especially as prices remain measured given the quality of the wines.

Established in 1999, he also delivered his harvest to the cooperative for three years. His potential is enviable, including 4 hectares in the Les Poyeux cru. The cuvée Paterne d'Antoine Sanzay represents excellent value for money. This estate-priced organic wine is fruity and full-bodied. It's a great entry-level wine.

The Haye Dampierre, an organic wine from Saumur-Champigny, has a lovely mache and great length.

Les Salles Martin blanc is a magnificent organic white Saumur, taut but endowed with a lovely fatness given by ageing.

Les Poyeux is the great cuvée de garde, in organic conversion: race, personality and great length. A few years in the cellar will allow it to reach its peak.
