Chateau La Lagune - Haut-Medoc - Moulin de la Lagune 2019

L'enfant is the second wine of the Château Mille Roses in the Haut-médoc appellation, all suppleness and gourmandise. Depending on the year, 80% to 90% Merlot and the balance Cabernet Sauvignon. Its structure nevertheless allows it to be aged almost "like a great wine", i.e. in barrels that have already aged one wine for one year.

The Bourgogne Côtes d'Auxerre Corps de Garde Blanc from the domaine Goisot is a gastronomic dry white wine. Its bouquet reveals toasty, zang, cinnamon and very ripe fruit aromas. On the palate, this biodynamic wine reveals itself to be both powerful and elegant, quite simply a great Chardonnay!

Un peu de toi, un peu de moi du domaine Julien Auroux is a superb fresh and elegant Bergerac with silky tannins: beautiful complexity and great length for this favorite cuvée from the estate.

The chateau Haut Moulin is a very pretty Cotes de Bordeaux Blaye made from old Merlot vines. Nicely constituted, this organic wine develops on notes of red fruit (strawberry, cherry). Excellent value for money.
