A superb Jura wine ideal for discovering this grape variety in non-oxidized form.The Domaine Tissot boasts exceptional terroirs, such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon. The estate's aim is to maximize the expression of its terroirs: the 35 ha of vines are now cultivated using Biodynamic methods (Demeter certification) to let the soils live, to ensure that the grapes are free of chemicals, to enable fermentation using natural yeasts, and to reduce the amount of sulfur used in the cellar. A wonderful introduction to Jura chardonnays with this cuvée Patchwork. A very fine, bright nose hints at floral notes. The palate, fruity and mineral, is racy and endowed with good length. A lovely gourmet wine.

Domaine Tissot's "Les Bruyères" is a small parcel of 80 ares whose vines are around 45 years old on a Triassic clay terroir. Here again, Stéphane Tissot proves the full extent of his talent, ageing this yellow wine for 6 years in whisky barrels, which is fabulous for its balance, depth and personality. A complex, fruity wine.
