A wine of great precision and endless length!"The Domaine Tissot has exceptional terroirs, such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon. The estate's aim is to maximize the expression of its terroirs: the 35 ha of vines are now cultivated using Biodynamic methods (Demeter certification) to let the soils live, to ensure that the grapes are free of chemicals, to enable fermentation using natural yeasts, and to reduce the amount of sulfur used in the cellar. The wines have a rare personality and sparkle. Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2019, domaine 3 étoiles: "What a journey Stéphane Tissot has made since 1990! The conversion to organic farming began in 1999, and the vineyard is now biodynamically farmed. The reds and oxidative wines have acquired an unforgettable finesse. The rigor of the work accomplished places the estate unquestionably at the pinnacle of regional production."
