On the 2022 vintage, Au Capceu du Camin Larredya is still a superb bottle. This great Jurançon de garde develops on notes of yellow fruit, exotic fruit, candied lemon. The acidity counterbalances the sugar magnificently. A great wine.

Alchimie rouge is a lovely Chateauneuf du Pape produced by the Domaine des 3 Celliers. This organic wine reveals itself to be elegant and refined, characterized by its ruby red color and notes of fresh fruit. Its greedy tannic structure allows it to be consumed in its youth, but in no way detracts from its ageing potential. We appreciate its freshness and its very well-integrated 14.50%.

The Domaine Combier signs with this cuvée L in 2023 a well-balanced, fruity organic wine. The nose is bewitching and very expressive. The palate is silky, without heaviness, on spices, small black fruits, olive.

Pinte Bien du domaine de la Pinte is a light, fruity Poulsard, very representative of the grape variety. It develops on notes of red fruit and has a lovely freshness. A light decanting is recommended.

The cuvée d'automne du Domaine de la Pinte is a savagnin sous voile blended with a little chardonnay. This oxidative wine is a great success, developing on notes of walnut, hazelnut and white flowers. Superb length!

This magnificent Savagnin ouillé 60 mois du Domaine de la Pinte develops on notes of citrus zest, passion fruit, exotic fruits, dried fruits... The palate is fresh, followed by long-lasting aromas and a very acidic, sharp, taut finish that gives the wine energy! A wine of great precision: beware of the coup de cur!
