Invariably, our Walhenbourg cuvée is a gourmet gewurztraminer, playing on finesse and elegance. The Paul Ginglinger estate has 12 hectares ideally situated in Eguisheim on marl-limestone-sandstone terroirs, including two grands crus (Eichberg and Pfersigberg). In the cellar, the wines are made with particular care, at every stage of vinification and ageing, to preserve the natural expression of the grape varieties and the mineral identity of the different terroirs.RVF 219, domaine une étoile: "With a history going back over 4 years, this estate is one of the region's fine references.
