Invariably, our Walhenbourg cuvée is a gourmet gewurztraminer, playing on finesse and elegance. The Paul Ginglinger estate has 12 hectares ideally situated in Eguisheim on marl-limestone-sandstone terroirs, including two grands crus (Eichberg and Pfersigberg). In the cellar, the wines are made with particular care, at every stage of vinification and ageing, to preserve the natural expression of the grape varieties and the mineral identity of the different terroirs.RVF 219, domaine une étoile: "With a history going back over 4 years, this estate is one of the region's fine references. The Chablis 1er cru La Fourchaume du domaine Pommier is a very great Chablis 1er cru. On the nose, this organic Burgundy wine has an elegant aromatic bouquet, developing on notes of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, delicate floral nuances and a subtle mineral touch, typical of Chablis. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a mineral texture that lends the wine a fine length on the finish.

The 2022 vintage Les Dessous des dentelles de la Croix des pins is powerful and concentrated in this great vintage. Scents of garrigue, a delicate blend of rosemary and juniper, accompany aromas of cherry, prune and laurel sauce.
