This pinot gris vendanges tardives du domaine Stoeffler is made from late-harvested grapes. They are overripe and concentrated by botrytis (noble rot). They are produced in very small quantities on our best terroirs. The nose is reminiscent of raisins and quince jam, with hints of apricot.
