Domaine Bonnigal-Bodet - Touraine - Sauvignon 2023

Cuvée le Clos du Clos Roussely is a great white success. The wine is worthy of a Sancerre. The nose is precise with notes of white flowers and lychee; the palate is lively with fruity and floral notes. Good body and lovely length. Without doubt, excellent value for money!

Clef de sol blanc de la Grange Tiphaine is a superb Montlouis. This organic Chenin has great cellaring potential. This white wine is mineral and slender: it develops notes of citrus, yellow fruit and flint. A superb gastronomic wine with good length.

La cuvée Désir du domaine de la Croix Gratiot develops on an expressive nose of peaches, white flowers and white pepper. The palate has a gourmet profile, with a clean, fine attack and a lovely freshness that enhances the aromas perceived on the nose.

The Cuvée Longchamp from domaine de Verpaille is a Viré-Clessé with power and roundness. This organic wine has a nose with notes of chevrefeuille and aniseed. On the palate, the velvety texture is well balanced by a mineral note. A light vanilla frame completes the aromatic palette of this wine.

Diaboli'cot is a red Touraine from the domain Bonnigal-Bodet made from 100% Côt grapes: this organic wine develops notes of red fruits and spices. Supple structure and good drinkability for this wine to be enjoyed at 15°.

The cuvée Huit Clos du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a great Loire chenin from the Touraine-Amboise PDO. This cuvée develops fresh, fruity aromas of pear and apple, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a beautiful minerality. Finishes on notes of citrus and honey and slightly saline. Magnificent.

The cuvée Les Tonnes Barils du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a superb chenin. An organic white wine that develops on notes of ripe fruit,a beautiful aromatic complexity from the ageing and an elegant bitterness on the finish.

Le Clocher du domaine Bonnigal-Bonnet possesses a real gourmand quality in this 2023 vintage: the typical chenin nose develops on citrus fruits and orange peel. The palate is ample and mineral, resting on precise, pure fruit.
