Vieillefont blanc from domaine Mouthes le Bihan is an organic wine intermediate between pie Colette blanc sec and Pérette et les Noisetiers. Vieillefont blanc is vinified mainly in barrels, which gives it extra fat and length, without overpowering the fruit. A fine bottle of gastronomy!

Grand Mont du Clos des Quarterons is a great Bourgueil for laying down. This parcel creates powerful, complex wines that deserve more than 10 years of cellaring to fully blossom. A great bottle.

Clos Maïa blanc is a superb blend of roussane, terret bourret and chenin. The nose develops notes of yellow fruit and aniseed. On the palate, the wine is tightly wound, with great complexity and a superb freshness on the finish. A great gourmet wine!

On the nose, this organic Loire wine develops notes of peony, lime blossom and orange blossom. On the palate, a delicate touch, chiseled finesse and a fantastic flavor palette of white flowers, exotic fruit and delightful minerality.

The cuvée Huit Clos du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a great Loire chenin from the Touraine-Amboise PDO. This vin bio develops fresh, fruity aromas of pear and apple, accompanied by subtle floral notes and a lovely minerality. Finishes on notes of citrus and honey and slightly saline. Magnificent.

Le Clocher du domaine Bonnigal-Bonnet possesses a real gourmand quality in this 2023 vintage: the typical chenin nose develops on citrus fruits and orange peel. The palate is ample and mineral, resting on precise, pure fruit.
