The Cuvée Saint-Agnès from Ermitage du Pic Saint-Loup has a nose developing on notes of garrigue and black fruits. The palate is remarkably fresh: it develops on notes of black fruit, pepper and licorice. Good length.

Laïs Blanc is a great white wine from the domain Olivier Pithon. This wine seduces with its delicate nose of white flowers, citrus and white-fleshed fruit. On the palate, it is marked by fine mineral tension and a persistent saline finish. It goes perfectly with seafood, grilled fish and vegetable-based dishes.

This Calcinaire blanc du domaine Gauby is very mineral with notes of white-fleshed fruit and citrus zest. A magnificent white Roussillon without any heaviness to accompany a scallop carpaccio with citrus fruits, for example.

Clos Maïa rouge boasts a beautiful dark red color. The nose develops complex notes of black fruit (blackcurrant, blackberry) and cocoa. On the palate, this 2023 vintage is full-bodied, with fruity and chocolate notes. We appreciate the wine's balance, which makes it a superb table companion.
