Monfarina is a magnificent Jacquères combined with a little primitif, full of pep, produced by domaine Giachino . Pale yellow in color, this organic Savoy wine seduces with the intensity of its aromas (floral and menthol scents, chlorophyll) and its tension. A wine to be recommended with cheese, of course, but also with seafood. Try it with gambas a la plancha, you'll be surprised!" Monfanira is a light, taut Jacquère, a pure, airy organic Savoie wine. Altesse is an elegant, fruity Roussette de Savoie. Mondeuse from the domaine Giachino is a superbly peppery organic wine. Fresh and spicy, it deserves a few years of cellaring to mellow out and show its full potential.
