The Chablis wines from Domaine Christian Moreau are made from Chardonnay, Burgundy's mythical grape variety. The domaine harvests all its wines by hand, from Petit Chablis to Grands Crus.

Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2024, domaine 2 étoiles: "Christian Moreau's son Fabien, an oenologist, has taken charge of this estate, which is well established in Grand Cru, particularly Les Clos, including an isolated plot for the Clos des Hospices cuvée. The vineyard is carefully tended and harvested by hand. Vinification has gained in finesse and precision. Wood is used in part, never excessively, to preserve brilliant fruit and elegant velvety mouthfeel. Let's salute the consistency of recent vintages."
