The chateau Haut Moulin is a very pretty Cotes de Bordeaux Blaye. Nicely constituted, this organic wine develops on notes of red fruit (strawberry, cherry). Château Haut Moulin is located north of Blaye, on the right bank of the Gironde Estuary, in the commune of Braud, next to Blaye, famous for its citadel. The estate extends over 5 hectares, including 19 hectares of vines.Family-owned for four generations, Christophe Chapron has been managing the vineyard since 1992.The estate is developing and becoming more structured, resulting in the enlargement of the cellars in 211, and the gradual move towards Organic Farming.Château Haut Moulin wines are regularly awarded medals at various competitions: Paris, Bordeaux Vins d'Aquitaine, Macon and Vinalies Internationales.

This is a superb Bordeaux produced by Château des Annereaux: this 2021 is supple, greedy and very well-structured. A fine introduction to the estate's wines.
