We were thrilled by the cuvée Antonyme 2023 from the domaine Canet Valette. The nose is expressive with red fruits and spices. The palate is round and greedy; it also has a very nice mache. A superb vintage for this cuvée.

Superb!

CloseEntre Amis blanc du Chateau Cazebonne is a pretty Graves full of gourmandise. A pretty bottle, with a lovely freshness, pleasant to drink, which assumes structure. Part of the harvest (20%) underwent a 5-day fermentation in contact with the skins.
CloseLike in 1900 from the Château Cazebonne is an original wine made from old Bordeaux grape varieties. The wine develops original notes of potpourri, cinnamon and peach. A blend of old grape varieties: mancin, castets, bouchalès, saint-macaire and jurançon noir, this 2022 maintains a direct relationship with the fruit, but it's hard to imagine such a wine expression in Bordeaux. A balance between concentration and salient uprightness, a touch punchy.'

Absolutely delicious, atypical, this pure Cabernet Sauvignon, aged in jars, nonetheless manifests the finesse and distinction associated with great Graves wines.
