We were thrilled by the cuvée Antonyme 2023 from the domaine Canet Valette. The nose is expressive with red fruits and spices. The palate is round and greedy; it also has a very nice mache. A superb vintage for this cuvée. For the Domaine Canet-Valette , working the vines naturally is just a matter of course. Because it's hard to love your land, to love your country while destroying them. The domaine Canet-Valette has been certified Ecocert, "bio", since 1999 and produces fine, elegant wines. Domaine Canet-Valette's various cuvées are highly recommendable: Antonyme is a superb vin de copain, Une et Mille Nuits, a very expressive Saint-Chinian, Ivresse, a great sweetness and Vin Maghani, a great wine for laying down!

Big crush on this cuvée Belle Lurette from domaine de la Belle. A Sauvignon with identity, long and complex, that rivals the finest Sauvignons. A wine with very little sulfur but great stability. Superb!

Montfalette du Mas d'Alezon is a great success. The nose is clean, complex and elegant with notes of black fruit and cooked Morello cherry, zan and pepper. On the palate, the attack is fleshy and smooth. It develops aromas of cherry brandy, candied orange, pepper and licorice. The balance is magnificent and the length excellent. Magnificent bottle.

Ivresse from Domaine Canet Valette has a deep red color. The nose is expressive with notes of red berries and morello cherries. The palate is greedy, resting on soft tannins.
