Domaine Emmanuel Fellot is a family-owned estate located in Rivolet, in southern Beaujolais, between the Brouilly hills and the Nizerand Valley. A winemaker since 1990, Emmanuel Fellot took over the estate from his father Michel and his grandfather Ludovic—a family history dating back to 1829. Today, he works alongside his wife, Nadège, and their three daughters—Marie, Aimée, and Suzanne—on about twenty hectares of vineyards with an average age of 55 years.
A farmer at heart, Emmanuel Fellot also raises hardy cows outdoors, whose manure enriches and revitalizes the estate’s soil—a mixed-farming approach that promotes biodiversity, a rarity among winemakers in the region. While the Viognier vines have been cultivated using organic farming methods since 2010, the Chardonnay and Gamay vines have been certified organic since the 2021 vintage. Cover crops are present in 80% of the vineyard to further enhance this dynamic soil life.
This white Burgundy, hailing from the unique terroir of the Pierres Dorées, perfectly embodies the estate’s philosophy: fruity, full-bodied wines, true to the Beaujolais tradition, at a particularly reasonable price.

Caminaren du Mas des Chimères has a deep red color. The nose of this organic wine has black fruits,garrigue and sweet spices. On the palate, this wine is spicy and fruity, with present but ripe tannins. Very fine complexity and superb length for this wine of character.
