Domaine les Capréoles - Régnié - Diaclase 2023

The domaine des fées is run by Carole and Fabrice Martinez, members of the Estézargues winery. The first vintage of Domaine des Fées is 2009. This organic wine, made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, proves to be powerful, developing notes of black fruit and garrigue. A favorite at an affordable price.

The Sans Bois Ni Loi 2023 blanc du domaine Julien Auroux is a blend of sauvignon blanc and gris, vinified and aged in vats. This bergerac blanc is round and greedy, with notes of citrus and white fruit. Magnificent balance. A guaranteed favorite!

The Le Presbytère du Mas d'Alezon is a high-flying Faugères vinified with the minimum possible sulfur. The nose is complex, with prunes, cherries and spices. A lovely bottle to wait 6 months before tasting!

Gueule de Loup du Chemin des rêves is a great Pic-Saint-Loup. Its color is dark garnet. On the nose, it reveals notes of sweet spices (paprika), crème de cassis and torrefaction. On the palate, it has a lovely full, structured attack. Dense on the palate, without aggressiveness. The finish is long and a guaranteed favorite!

L'hydrophobe du domaine les Capréoles is a Brouilly born in 2017 following the hailstorms that wiped out the harvest. These organic Brouilly reasons produce a gourmet, fruity, light wine, typical of this beautiful AOC.

Axiome du domaine Les Capréoles is a white Beaujolais made from Chardonnay grapes. After a long, gentle pressing, the wine was vinified in barrel with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees for 8 months. This white Beaujolais Lantignié combines concentration, roundness and finesse. A lovely gastronomic wine that's easy to match.

The cuvée Sous la Croix du Domaine les Capréoles comes from grapes just below the Croix Penet! This parcel is located on the most superficial granites. They give the wine great, noble power. Its potential is revealed by ageing in the finest barrels.
