Domaine Les Capréoles was created in 2014 on 3 hectares, extended by a further 2 hectares in 2016. This superb Beaujolais estate produces brilliant organic wines on the terroirs of Regnié, Brouilly and in Beaujolais village. We've been following this domaine since the beginning, and the consistency and brilliance of the wines won us over this year. The prices are very attractive and the style greedy and balanced. A domaine to discover urgently!

The red Illico cuvée from the domaine des Schistes boasts bright fruit. This blend of marselan, merlot and carignan has a lovely personality: the wine is silky, light but with a nice chewy texture. A cuvée that can be drunk slightly chilled.

The domaine des fées is run by Carole and Fabrice Martinez, members of the Estézargues winery. The first vintage of Domaine des Fées is 2009. This organic wine, made from Syrah and Grenache grapes, proves to be powerful, developing notes of black fruit and garrigue. A favorite at an affordable price.

The cuvée Combal du domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a superb Cahors. This malbec is deep and luminous, intense and digestible. A magnificent Southwestern cuvée to discover!

Montfalette du Mas d'Alezon is a great success. The nose is clean, complex and elegant with notes of black fruit and cooked Morello cherry, zan and pepper. On the palate, the attack is fleshy and smooth. It develops aromas of cherry brandy, candied orange, pepper and licorice. The balance is magnificent and the length excellent. Magnificent bottle.

Axiome du domaine Les Capréoles is a white Beaujolais made from Chardonnay grapes. After a long, gentle pressing, the wine was vinified in barrel with indigenous yeasts and aged on lees for 8 months. This white Beaujolais Lantignié combines concentration, roundness and finesse. A lovely gastronomic wine that's easy to match.
