Ad Vinam House

Maison Ad Vinam is a winery located in Saint-Macaire-en-Laye, Gironde. The estate is run by Anne Buiatti and Grégoire Lecocq, who moved into the former family farmhouse in 2016.

The Ad Vinam estate farms 2 hectares of vines, spread over 6 parcels, located in the communes of Saint-Macaire-en-Laye and Saint-Christoly-de-Blaye. The vines are planted with 100% Merlot.

The wines of Domaine Ad Vinam are vinified as vin nature, without the use of added sulfites. Alcoholic and malolactic fermentation take place in concrete vats. Aging takes place in concrete vats and oak barrels, for at least 12 months.

The wines of Domaine Ad Vinam are appreciated for their fruitiness, freshness and minerality.

Here are just a few of the vintages from the Ad Vinam estate:

L'Allumée: red wine, made from 50-year-old vines.

Donna: red wine, from 30-year-old vines.

La Bouffonne: red wine, from 20-year-old vines.

The Ad Vinam estate is a pioneer in natural wine production in Gironde.
