The Clos du Papillon parcelfrom the domaine de Closel is an organic Savennières, with a very fine texture: it combines volume on the palate and minerality, with a long, persistent finish. This cuvée is absolutely cut out for ageing, and deserves to be waited for at least two to three years to reveal its full potential.
The Côtes du Rhône Métamorphose from Camille Cayran is a great success: the nose develops notes of black fruits (blackcurrant, blackberry) followed by red fruits. Tasty, round and velvety, this organic Côtes du Rhône has a lovely freshness.
The Morgon du domaine Marcel Lapierre has over the years become the benchmark for unfined Morgons: silky, fruity, greedy. It develops on dominant aromas of cherry and red berries. A model!
This Jasnières bio du domaine de la Roche Bleue has a clear, limpid color. The nose is ripe, developing on notes of candied pear, mineral. Superb length!
This gewurztraminer Wahlenbourg du domaine Ginglinger is a blend of different parcels from the Felsacker, Sundgass and Hissererweg lieux-dits, three predominantly limestone terroirs imprinting a particularly fruity, lively and sapid style on the gewurztraminer. Invariably, our Walhenbourg cuvée is a gourmet gewurztraminer, playing on finesse and elegance. We loved the superb integration of residual sugar in this Alsatian white.Close
The cuvée Drei Exa from Domaine Ginglinger refers to its village of origin, Eguisheim (Exa) and the three castles overlooking the village. Riesling Drei Exa is a blend of very fine, predominantly limestone-sandstone parcels adjoining Grand Cru Pfersigberg in the Wettolsheimerweg, Dreistein and Sundgass districts. This dry Riesling is characterized above all by its finesse and elegance. The bouquet offers a delicate fruitiness that asserts itself with age. The balance on the palate is long-lined, characteristic of great terroirs with predominantly limestone.

The pinot gris les Prélats du domaine Paul Ginglinger is a charming wine. It develops on fruity notes of pear, mirabelle plum, hazelnut, but also vanilla and a fine smoky note. This dry Pinot Gris is densely balanced, fleshy, broad and refined at the same time. The finish is marked by a beautiful limestone imprint and refreshing acidity.
