CloseA l'ombre du Figuier, the small cuvée from Mas de la Seranne , is a superb cuvée full of fruit. It develops on notes of red fruit (cherry), licorice stick, with a blackberry finish. Excellent value for money.
The Clos du Papillon parcel from the domaine de Closel is an organic Savennières, with a very fine texture: it combines volume on the palate and minerality, with a long, persistent finish. This cuvée is absolutely cut out for ageing, and deserves to be waited for at least two to three years to reveal its full potential.

.CloseThe Pinot Blanc du domaine Ginglinger is a complex blend of different parcels of pinot blanc and pinot auxerrois from various Eguisheim lieux-dits: Langrod, Bachtal, Klein Krumling, Lang Striebicher and Bodenacker. The golden auxerrois grapes give the wine a frank, pronounced fruitiness and fullness on the palate, while the pinot blanc adds freshness, liveliness and a hint of citrus. The bouquet of this pinot blanc is pure and spring-like, blending pear, lemon, fresh hazelnut, vanilla and white flowers. The balance on the palate is dry, articulated around suave, crisp flesh and invigorating freshness. A great charmer that goes well with a wide range of dishes.
