La dame de Onze Heure is a rare and tasty Saint-Emilion Grand Cru! This organic wine develops notes of red fruit and mocha; the palate is supple and elegant. Domaine Ginglinger's Grand Cru Pfersigberg can undoubtedly be considered one of Alsace's finest terroirs for Gewurztraminer. A great Pfersigberg Gewurztraminer shines first and foremost through the brilliance and purity of its fruit, mostly exotic fruit. The structure on the palate then plays on elegance, freshness and controlled power.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2019 : 16/20 Close
This Sylvaner from Bodenacker stands out for its delicate floral, citrus, dried fruit and malt aromas. Its balance on the palate reflects the power of the limestone marls, with a broad, very enveloping structure that tightens and draws on vibrant acidity and fine salinity on the finish.
The pinot gris les Prélats du domaine Paul Ginglinger is a charming wine. It develops on fruity notes of pear, mirabelle plum, hazelnut, but also vanilla and a fine smoky note. This dry Pinot Gris is densely balanced, fleshy, broad and refined at the same time. The finish is marked by a beautiful limestone imprint and refreshing acidity.
