Les Caillardières du domaine de Closel is a Savennières comes from a schistosandstone terroir (with aeolian sands on the surface). The berries, from vines averaging 35 years old, are harvested golden to give a wine with ripe fruit aromas. This cuvée is characterized by its supple structure and a slight bitterness characteristic of Savennières.

Invariably, our Walhenbourg cuvée is a gourmet gewurztraminer, playing on finesse and elegance. We loved the superb integration of residual sugar in this Alsatian white.
