This Crémant d'Alsace du domaine Ginglinger is a beautiful fine bubble. It develops on notes of white fruit, citrus and redcurrants. The Paul Ginglinger estate has 12 hectares ideally situated in Eguisheim on marl-limestone-gravel terroirs, including two grands crus (Eichberg and Pfersigberg). In the cellar, the wines are made with particular care, at every stage of vinification and ageing, to preserve the natural expression of the grape varieties and the mineral identity of the different terroirs.RVF 219, domaine une étoile: "With a history going back over 4 years, this estate is one of the region's fine references. Riesling Drei Exa is a blend of very fine, predominantly limestone-sandstone parcels adjoining Grand Cru Pfersigberg in the Wettolsheimerweg, Dreistein and Sundgass districts. This dry Riesling is characterized above all by its finesse and elegance. The bouquet offers a delicate fruitiness that asserts itself with age. The balance on the palate is long-lined, characteristic of great terroirs with predominantly limestone.
