This Crémant d'Alsace du domaine Ginglinger is a beautiful fine bubble. It develops on notes of white fruit, citrus and redcurrants. The Paul Ginglinger estate has 12 hectares ideally situated in Eguisheim on marl-limestone-gravel terroirs, including two grands crus (Eichberg and Pfersigberg).
