L'aimé chai is a light organic wine with polished tannins that will suit any occasion from morning to evening and evening to morning, hence its name. The wine has a fruity nose (ripe red fruit), tender and fresh, with a hint of menthol. It then evolves on notes of pine undergrowth and garrigue. Fleshy, grainy, crisp attack. The Domaine Mouthes Le Bihan is one of those dynamic estates in lesser-known appellations.
