Gorgeous Beaume de Venise from Domaine d'Ouréa, both fresh and fruity, with lovely aromatic intensity, without falling into heaviness. Superb for this first vintage in this color!

The Tour de Pierre cuvée is an intense organic red wine, opening with notes of olive, licorice and spice that evolve into nuances of red fruit and redcurrant. The palate is well-balanced, full-bodied, with a beautiful tannic structure, where the spice and licorice notes felt on the nose can be found again.

The cuvée Les Toiles du Domaine d'Agarrus is a real big favorite. This organic wine from the Duchy of Uzès is made from carignan, cinsault, grenache and syrah lovingly worked organically, harvested by hand, vinified in the most natural way possible.
