Bois moi du Chemin des rêves is a buddy wine, to be drunk on the fruit, slightly refreshed. On the nose, this organic Languedoc wine opens with fruity notes of bay leaf, tapenade (black olive), and some black fruit (blackberry). The palate is fruity, both aromatically and flavor-wise. The attack is slightly fresh and supple. The palate remains balanced between thirst-quenching sensation and suppleness. The tannins are full-bodied, without astringency

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.
