L'amandier du domaine des Homs is a 100% cinsautl cuvée. Gourmet and fruity, this cuvée de copains possesses a lot of charm and gourmandise. The Domaine des Homs is a winegrowing estate in the heart of Languedoc, at the foot of the Montagne Noire, in the Minervois Appellation d'Origine Contrôlée zone, on a sandy-loamy-schist plateau. The domaine's terroir does not suffer from water stress. The vineyard comprises 12 hectares of AOC Minervois and 8 hectares of Vin de Pays. Our entire vineyard is cultivated according to the principles of organic farming, with the aim of creating harmony between the vine, the soil and its direct environment.
