Domaine Elodie Roy

The Domaine Élodie Roy is a family-run wine estate located in Cheilly-lès-Maranges, Burgundy. Founded in 2018 by Élodie Roy, after spending 11 years at Domaine Anne Gros in Vosne Romanée, the estate now covers 9.96 hectares of vines spread over seven Côte de Beaune appellations.

The Domaine Élodie Roy vineyard is planted on clay-limestone and marl soils, characteristic of the Maranges region. These soils, combined with a temperate climate, give the grapes beautiful ripeness and aromatic richness.

Élodie Roy is a passionate winemaker who works with respect for nature and terroir. She produces wines of the highest quality, authentic and expressive of the Maranges terroir. The domaine is in the process of converting to organic farming and hopes to obtain organic certification in 2024.

The white Bourgognes from Domaine Elodie Roy are models of balance: the Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Blanc is fresh with notes of chevrefeuille, the Maranges En Buliet is more buttery and toasty.

The Bourgognes, Hautes-Cotes de Beaune Rouge and Maranges all possess expressive fruit and velvety tannins. The Santenay 1er cru is built for ageing: it's got great breed!
