Champagne Collet is a champagne produced by the Collet family in Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy, Champagne-Ardenne. The Collet house has been in existence since 1744 and is now run by four generations of winemakers.
The Collet brothers have a lovely 6-hectare family estate in the Sézannais region planted mainly with Chardonnay and then Pinot Noir. The wines are vinified in oak barrels and foudre de chêne in the vast majority of cases, with particular attention paid to precise blending and millimetric dosage, almost all of which are extra-brut. The estate has been certified organic since March 2023.
The Champagne Nord-Sud de Collet is greedy and fresh, ideal as an aperitif.
Empreinte de Terroir des Champagnes Collet is an identity cuvée, complex and mineral.
