Managed by the passionate and visionary Madame Evelyne de Pontbriand, the Domaine du Closel covers an area of 15 hectares, of which 11 hectares are dedicated to the cultivation of the region's emblematic grape variety, Chenin Blanc. Since 2004, the estate has been farmed organically, respecting the environment and biodiversity.
