The cuvée les Laquets du domaine Cosse et Maisonneuve is a magnificent Cahors with great ageing potential: the nose is fruity and spicy, intense; the palate reveals itself to be dense, with liquorice, fruit and woody aspects. Superb length.

The Clos du Papillon parcel from the domaine de Closel is an organic Savennières, with a very fine texture: it combines volume on the palate and minerality, with a long, persistent finish. This cuvée is absolutely cut out for ageing, and deserves to be waited for at least two to three years to reveal its full potential.

La Jalousie is a Savennières from the domaine du Closel comes from young vines on schist terroirs, hand-picked at the first stage of ripeness. The berries are pale yellow and crisp, producing a wine with fresh fruit aromas. This organic Savennières develops on fruit aromas with evolving notes of honey.
