This wine develops on aromas of black and red fruits such as blackcurrant or raspberry.Domain Tissot has exceptional terroirs, such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon. The estate's aim is to maximize the expression of its terroirs: the 35 ha of vines are now cultivated using Biodynamic methods (Demeter certification) to let the soils live, to ensure that the grapes are free of chemicals, to enable fermentation using natural yeasts, and to reduce the amount of sulfur used in the cellar. A superb Crémant du Jura porduced by the domaine Tissot. An airy Crémant with notes of white fruit. The nose develops pretty floral aromas of lime blossom and jasmine, followed by brioche notes. Refreshing and fruity, the palate offers lovely minerality with fine, stimulating bubbles. The finish is salivating and juicy.
