This red Macvin from Domaine Tissot is a vin de liqueur; it opens with demonstrative fruit from a dashing, fresh pinot noir. This wine develops on aromas of black and red fruits such as blackcurrant or raspberry.Domain Tissot has exceptional terroirs, such as Les Bruyères, La Mailloche, En Barberon, Curon. The estate's aim is to maximize the expression of its terroirs: the 35 ha of vines are now cultivated using Biodynamic methods (Demeter certification) to let the soils live, to ensure that the grapes are free of chemicals, to enable fermentation using natural yeasts, and to reduce the amount of sulfur used in the cellar.
