The domaine Renardat-Fache is one of the top estates in the Bugey Cerdon AOC. This estate, in organic conversion, will be certified for the 2012 harvest. De Sousa's Cuvée 3A is made from equal proportions of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Vinification takes place in oak barrels, and the cuvée requires prolonged cellar aging of at least 3 years to reach full maturity.
