Brise Cailloux is a magnificent Cornas from Domaine du Coulet. Matthieu Barret produces a digestible, complex wine here, with floral, spicy and blood orange notes. Superb!

The Château Yvonne red is a great Saumur - Champigny, with great delicacy, fine tannins and great elegance. It features notes of red fruits and has a good ageing potential of around ten years. Bravo.

The Clos de Beauce du domaine Bonnigal-Bodet is a superb, gourmet organic wine from Touraine. Fresh and rich, this expressive wine features notes of tangerine, white fruit and exotic fruit. On the palate, it's unctuous but with a lovely mineral finish. Superb

This savagnin aged for a long time by the Domaine Rijckaert is a magnificent Jura white wine. On the nose, the wine develops notes of ripe fruit, bergamot and citrus zest. Full-bodied and fleshy on the palate, with fruity and smoky notes. Very good length.

The cuvée Lune Blanc du Conte des Floris is a great gastronomic white: it develops on notes of toasted sesame, apricot, candied lemon. The palate is very gourmand, harmonious, deep, stretched by noble bitters. Exceptional length!

The Macon-Village du domaine Jean-Marc Boillot is a superb white Burgundy. The nose is seductive and this Mâcon shows itself to be rather elegant with notes of pear and peach. Tonic attack but rather fat and round texture.
