Guide des meilleurs vins de France : For four generations, the Gasnier family has run this Cravant-les-Coteaux estate. Fabrice works 23 ha entirely cultivated on light soils. In his cuvées, we find the floral notes and delicate textures, never very long but so easily digestible, that have made the legend of Rabelaisian Chinons. Queue du Poëlon, which highlights a parcel of 6-year-old vines, is aged in concrete tanks.
