A finer wine, with notes of spices (pepper and cloves). La Diablesse is the most virile and animal of all cuvées from château de Coulaine. The Château de Coulaine also produces some excellent whites: pieds rotis, a fruity and exotic 1% chenin white, with a few grams of residual sugar in some vintages. The Chinon from Château de Coulaine is superb: long, complex, fat, it's a superb organic gourmet wine.
