Campagnes de domaine Maxime Magnon is a great Corbières made from old estate carignan. Maxime sublimates this grape variety, creating a very velvety wine that develops on notes of sweet spices and cooked red fruits. The Grand Vin Rouge du Château Cazebonne is the estate's flagship cuvée, representing the most accomplished expression of its terroir. Produced from the best plots, the Grand Vin Rouge is mainly composed of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon. This organic wine develops intense aromas of ripe red fruit, such as cherry and plum, accompanied by subtle notes of vanilla and spices, the result of barrel ageing. The palate is both full-bodied and elegant, with silky tannins and a long finish.

In a superb 2023 vintage, château Yvonne has produced a superb cuvée La Folie. The wine is rich, with very intense fruit. As always with this cuvée, we recommend decanting 2 hours before tasting, or storing for 3 to 5 years in a temperature-stable, high-hygrometry cellar.

This is one of the fine cuvées from Château Yvonne in white that has made the estate's letters of nobility. In 2022, the wine is rich with notes of citrus and yellow peach. The woodiness will mellow after a few years of cellaring to give this great wine its full complexity.
