The chateau Yvonne was created in 1996; it occupies a total area of 2.5 hectares spread over the communes of Parnay and Montsoreau.Chateau Yvonne is a dynamic estate that excels in the Saumur and Saumur-Champigny appellations, in both white and red. Organic vineyard management at château Yvonne produces lively, rich and expressive organic wines. Controlled ageing provides the wine with excellent support. A sure value in the saumurois. This is one of the fine cuvées from Château Yvonne in white that has made the estate's letters of nobility. In 2022, the wine is rich with notes of citrus and yellow peach. The woodiness will mellow after a few years of cellaring to give this great wine its full complexity.
