On the nose, this organic Burgundy wine has an elegant aromatic bouquet, developing on notes of white-fleshed fruit such as pear and peach, delicate floral nuances and a subtle mineral touch, typical of Chablis. On the palate, the attack is lively and fresh, with a mineral texture that lends the wine a fine length on the finish.
