Domaine Plageoles' vin de voile is a great success for lovers of oxidative wines. The Gaillac acolyte of vin jaune or vin de xeres, this organic wine features notes of walnuts, almonds and dried fruit. Superb with cheese.The Domaine Plageoles produces some of the most original organic wines in the South-West. Since 185, Domaine Plageoles has been producing Gaillac wine from local grape varieties such as Mauzac and Ondenc for white wines, and Duras, Braucol and Prunelart for reds. He has given a new lease of life to old grape varieties to perpetuate the Gaillac vineyard tradition.Le domaine Plageoles works its vines in a totally natural way, and does very little sulfuring of its wines.
