Magnificent Gaillac moelleux que ce Loin de l'il du domaine Plageoles. It develops on notes of pear, lime blossom and quince. A great bottle to enjoy with a fruit dessert or foie gras.The Domaine Plageoles produces some of the most original organic wines in the South-West. Since 185, Domaine Plageoles has been producing Gaillac wine from local grape varieties such as Mauzac and Ondenc for white wines, and Duras, Braucol and Prunelart for reds. He has given a new lease of life to old grape varieties to perpetuate the Gaillac vineyard tradition.Le domaine Plageoles works its vines in a totally natural way and does very little sulfuring of its wines. As a result, each cuvée has a great expression of fruit.Guide des meilleurs vins de France 2019 (domaine 2 stars out of 3): "The Plageoles family has left its mark on the recent history of Gaillac.
