Champagne Mahé-Cazaban

Mahé-Cazaban Champagnes in a nutshell....

In 2011, Elodie Cazaban chose to change her life and take over the running of the family vineyards, to live the Champagne adventure...her vines are located in Oger and Dizy, right in the heart of the appellation. No synthetic pesticides or fertilizers have been used since 1986, so they benefit from an intense life in the soil. Grass-covered vines, limited yields, the absence of heavy machinery and harvesting grapes at full maturity enable me to bring out the full potential of each grape variety. On the winemaking side, she seeks to sublimate the fruit in her cuvées, without masking it with tannins or sugar.

Her Champagne is aged to perfection.

Her Champagne ages in chalk cellars for 3 to 4 years to reach full maturity. All his work consists in proposing Champagne cuvées that respect the typicity of the terroirs.

The Champagnes are made from a variety of grape varieties.

The Champagnes Mahé-Cazaban are excellent value for money!
