Dominique Andiran is one of the few winegrowers in the Gers to produce organic wines so atypical that they are declined as Vin de France, since his flasks don't fit into AOC standards. These wines are straightforward, complex and offer excellent value for money in all colors. Magnus has a lovely explosion of red fruit, Montis régalis a surprising freshness and Vain de Rû is exceptional value for money!

This Cairanne bio from Maison Camille Cayran(Cave de Cairanne) is superb value for money. The nose of this wine is expressive, with notes of black fruits. The palate is powerful and velvety, with complex notes of fruit and sweet spices. Nice overall balance.

Cochon Volant is an organic Corbières from Château de Caraguilhes . The nose of this organic wine offers very intense fruit aromas with notes of raspberry, blackcurrant and cherry. On the palate, the attack is silky, with notes of crushed raspberry and burlat cherry underlining the wine's fleshiness. The tannins give the wine excellent staying power, reinforcing its overall balance. It's a fleshy, crisp, pleasurable wine.
