Chateau Grand Boise is a family-run wine estate located in Saint-Cannat, Bouches-du-Rhône, Provence. Founded in the 17th century, today it extends over 80 hectares of vines spread across the Côtes-de-Provence Sainte-Victoire and Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellations.
The Château Grand Boise vineyard is located in Saint-Cannat, in the Bouches-du-Rhone region of Provence.
The Château Grand Boise vineyard is planted on clay-limestone and marl soils, typical of the Provencal region. These soils, combined with a warm, dry Mediterranean climate, give the grapes beautiful ripeness and aromatic richness. The estate is run biodynamically.
50% Grenache, 30% Cinsault, 20% Syrah
A Rosé from Château Grand Boise combining freshness, fruit, finesse and length. There are lovely notes of white peach, white flowers and white pepper. It goes very well with Mediterranean, exotic or slightly spicy cuisine.

Le Roucas, a red cuvée from the domaine Hauvette, features 60% Grenache. More accessible in youth than the estate's other red cuvées, Roucas develops on notes of thyme, mint and cherries. The finish is always fresh and elegant. Light decanting and serving at 15-16° is recommended. A great bottle from Baux de Provence.
